Before using buytickets.gi we had to find a physical venue to sell tickets. Our premises are not an easy reach for everyone and therefore we always had to look for more central locations. The physical box office had limited opening times in order to make it worthwhile financially and still give people the accessibility in order to purchase tickets. We needed to find a way to provide everyone an equal chance to purchase tickets, especially those working parents. Who sometimes couldn’t attend physically the hours.

The Solution

Selling on Buytickets allows our attendees to purchase their tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no time constraint or needing to attend the box office physically. It also allows us to track our sales with the click of a button rather than having a manual log. It has also removed cash being used and is one easy transfer when we request the funds.

Identifying opportunities for future growth

Once we made the transition of selling our events through buytickets.gi, we realised that our target audience grew and we were able to sell more and create even more events.
