It's very simple just purchase your ticket online using any major credit or debit card and hit the 'Print Ticket' button. The ticket will also be automatically emailed to you as a PDF attachment that you can print. Make sure you look after your ticket and the email as there are no refunds on lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged tickets. The beauty of this site is that you can reprint it from the emailed PDF; however each ticket number only admits one person unless otherwise specified by the Event Host/Promoter.
You can reprint your ticket at anytime by Logging in on the Buyticket.gi site and go to My Tickets
If you have not received your ticket , please check your "junk mail folder", as in some instances it can be classed as spam.

Our policy is without exception that we do not offer refunds.
The face value of a ticket is set by the event organisers. Most don't pay us anything to sell their tickets, so in order to make money we have to charge a small fee. The ticket cost is the face value plus the booking fee. We have to do this on a per-ticket basis to cover the cost of providing a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day booking service, labour costs, credit card commissions and all the other costs associated with running our business. The actual amount we charge is negotiated with the venue or promoter for each event. For some shows, there is no booking fee but that depends on the promoter/organisers.
