ACCESSIBLE SEATING & ACCESS
There will be an Accessible Viewing Area at the event, and assistance at the Entry Gate for customers with mobility issues or special needs. This area will be designed to accommodate small groups or families wishing to accompany guests requiring Accessible Seating. However, this area will not have numbered row and seat details when you go through the purchase process here. To ensure you get seats in this area, please be sure to select the 'Accessible Seating Area' when making your purchase in the checkout basket.
AGE
All ages are welcome ( see special conditions for children 12 years and under below ).

CHILDREN
In advance of the event, Children's 12-Years and Under entry tickets are free.
Children's tickets must be collected in person, at the Box Office at the Main Entry Gate on the day of the event, by a parent or guardian upon presentation of:
1. A paid-for Adult ticket and
2. Identification Card or Passport for both the parent/guardian and the child or children who are 12 Years and Under.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
No professional cameras, video recorders or audio recording devices will be allowed into the event.
By purchasing tickets or attending the event you consent to be photographed or filmed. You consent for your image to be used in any promotional or communication materials worldwide in perpetuity.
NO SMOKING
The venue is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping is not allowed within the event or stadium.
LOCAL TRANSPORT & TRAVEL TO THE EVENT
There will be a pedestrian route and a special bus service just for the event, with plenty of buses and local stops around Gibraltar to transport you to and from the event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets to the event will be issued on behalf of HM Government of Gibraltar ('the Event Organisers') subject to the terms and conditions on this website or displayed at the venue (as may be changed from time to time in the Event Organisers' absolute discretion). The use of the ticket signifies agreement by the holder to the following minimum terms and conditions:
The Event Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any damage to personal property), except in the case of death or personal injury and only if due to any negligent act or omission on their part. Under no circumstances will the Event Organisers be liable for unforeseen or indirect loss of any form.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the format or any aspect of the Event, or its running order and line-up without prior notification. Should the Event be postponed, cancelled, the line-up changed or the format altered, the Event Organisers will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred.
