Tickets are available as Standard Seating and Premium Seating. Premium
Seating Tickets afford seats closest to the stage and are limited in
number. There is no reserved seating - seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.
There are ticket options that include the price of a seat and a return
Shuttle Bus journey.
Tickets are available online and will be available at the door on the
night (subject to availability and venue capacity). All major bank debit
and credit cards, and cash, will be accepted on the door.
There will not be physical tickets available from any other outlets.

All ages are welcome. However children 12-yrs and under must hold valid
full-priced tickets and be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. If
you are not 16 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult.
All tickets are NOT refundable except if the event is cancelled in its entirety.
VENUE & DISABLED ACCESS
St. Michael's Cave is a spectacular and unique venue. However it has
limited facilities to accommodate disabled attendees. If you need
assistance with mobility or have disabled needs please first email
firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing a ticket.
TRAVEL TO THE EVENT
St. Michael's Cave can be reached by foot, taxi or Shuttle Bus Service. It
is strongly advised not to use your personal vehicle on the night as to
avoid any potential congestion. Please note: It is not possible to drive a
non-resident vehicle within the area of the Gibraltar Nature Reserve,
Upper Rock, except in the case of Blue Badge holders.
Please leave yourself plenty of time to arrive relaxed before the event
starts, and plan your return journey so as to avoid the crowd leaving the venue.
Board one of the Shuttle Buses starting from 6.30pm from either the Car
Park at the Cable Car Bottom Base Station on Red Sands Road or Watergate
at Casemates Square. The buses will be making trips from 6.30pm until
8.00pm. The return journeys will start at approximately just after
Midnight. The final Shuttle Bus return journey will be at approximately 1.30am.
You must show a valid 'Seat + Shuttle Bus' Ticket to board a Shuttle Bus.
The Shuttle Bus charge is non-refundable; the 'Seat + Shuttle Bus' Ticket
There will be a bar service for the purchase of non-alcoholic and
alcoholic drinks and a limited range of bar snacks during the evening. The
bar will accept all major bank debit and credit cards and cash. It will close 11.30pm.
BOOKING FEES *
All ticket purchases are subject to Booking Fees. This covers the direct
costs of each banking transaction per ticket order and online ticket

currency other than GIP/GBP £s, we advise you first check with your bank
regarding any charges your bank may make for converting your purchase to GIP/GBP £s.
By purchasing and/or attending the event you consent to be photographed
and/or filmed. You consent for your image to be used in any promotional
and communication materials worldwide in perpetuity.
Cameras are normally permitted for personal use. Professional cameras and
video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited unless you have a press pass.

FAILED TICKET TRANSACTIONS
If you receive a notification that your online transaction has failed,
please wait before attempting another purchase. Be sure to check your Spam, Junk or
Promotions folders first for any emails, then try again.
Please ensure if you are buying tickets on your mobile or tablet that you
are connected to a strong internet signal. If the signal drops out during
your purchase, the process may be interrupted. This may result in a failed ticket transaction.
If you can’t find your tickets in your email inbox, please be sure to
check your Spam or Junk or Promotions email folders.
* Failed payments typically happen when credit card information is entered
incorrectly. It could be something as simple as your post code. Double
check the card number and billing address details you are entering.
* Failed payments can also occur when there is a break in the internet
connection during the transaction or if the card is declined by your bank
or card provider. If you suspect you lost your internet connection during
your transaction, we recommend you try again using a laptop or desktop
computer with a reliable internet connection, instead of a smartphone or
tablet on a mobile network.
* Try a different credit or debit card, if practicable.
* A card can be declined for a variety of reasons other than the
availability of funds. We advise you call your bank or card provider
because sometimes a card is declined because it gets 'flagged' by your
bank or card provider. It's for security, to protect you and your card.
Call and tell them your card has been declined during an online (or
mobile) transaction, and tell them the date and amount of the purchase.
You may find that they have a security flag on and they will lift it to
enable you to complete your purchase.

puts you in control over the tickets you purchase - up until 1 day before
the event, you can edit the details of tickets you purchase (such as the
name on a ticket), email your tickets to yourself, family and friends, and
transfer individual tickets to someone else, etc.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets to GIBRALTAR INTERNATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL (the ‘Event’) will be
issued on behalf of the Ministry for Culture, the Media, Youth and Sport
(‘the Event Organisers’) subject to the terms and conditions on our
website www.gibraltarinternationaljazzfestival.com or displayed at the
venue (as may be changed from time to time in the Event Organisers’
absolute discretion). The use of the ticket signifies agreement by the
holder to the following minimum terms and conditions:
The Event Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or
expense (including any damage to personal property), except in the case of
death or personal injury and only if due to any negligent act or omission
on their part. Under no circumstances will the Event Organisers be liable
for unforeseen or indirect loss of any form.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Event at
any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise
outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the
format or any aspect of the Event, or its running order and line-up
without prior notification. Should the Event be postponed, cancelled, the
line-up changed or the format altered, the Event Organisers will not be
liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or
