Helping support people to rebuild their lives after a stroke is very important to me as I know firsthand how difficult it sometimes is.
I’ve had 2 major strokes and countless others neurological episodes but have found that by being positive, it shows what can be achieved and that life isn’t over.
A stroke can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime & or any age."
