- Children 12-Years & Under Tickets do not permit entry to the VIP area.
- Age restriction - If you are not 16 years old at the time of the event, you must be accompanied by an adult.
- The Accessible Viewing Area is limited by capacity so please be sure to apply early.
- Tickets are not refundable except if the two-day event is cancelled in its entirety.
General Admission Tickets permit you full access to all public areas of the event site and include limited provision of unreserved shaded seating with restricted views of the stage and rest areas away from the stage.
VIP ADMISSION - VIP SOLD OUT!
Special entry via the VIP entrance. Enjoy the best seated and standing views of the stage from the raised VIP Stand. Enjoy hot and cold food and open bar on select beverages included in the price of your VIP ticket. A VIP Ticket entitles you access to all general entry areas - you are free to enter and leave the VIP Stand throughout the duration of the event. The free 12-Years & Under Children's Tickets do NOT permit entry to the VIP area. To enable a child into the VIP area you will need to buy a VIP ticket no matter what their age. Children need to be controlled at all times so as not to disturb other patrons.

UP TO 24 HRS BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT
You can edit your ticket details or transfer ownership of your ticket on Universe.com. The deadline has now passed for changing your ticket type or upgrading your ticket.
Children aged 12-Years & Under on the days of the event are eligible for a free ticket as long as they are accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Children's tickets must be collected in person from the Ministry of Culture, City Hall, John Mackintosh Square, Gibraltar, 9am- 3.30pm (and during the office's Summer Hours Mon-Fri 9am-2pm, which come into effect after Sat 8 June), or from the Box Office on event days, by a parent or guardian upon presentation of:
1. A paid-for Adult Weekend or 1-Day ticket and
2. Identification Card or Passport for both the parent/guardian and the child or children who are 12-yrs and under.

ACCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL NEEDS - THE APPLICATION PROCESS IS NOW CLOSED FOR ACCESSIBLE VIEWING & CARER TICKETS AS CAPACITY HAS BEEN REACHED.

Complimentary Carer Tickets must be applied for, are limited in number and subject to overall availability.
Please note: The Accessible Viewing Area has limited capacity and is now full.
All ticket purchases are subject to a Booking Fee comprised of an e-Payment Fee and Service Charge to cover the direct costs of banking transactions and online ticket selling. The fee is per ticket and appears in your checkout basket. If you wish to pay using a currency other than GIP/GBP £s, we advise you check with your bank regarding any charges your bank may make for converting your purchase to GIP/GBP £s.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event you consent to be photographed and/or filmed. You consent for your image to be used in any promotional and communication materials worldwide in perpetuity.
FAILED TICKET TRANSACTIONS
If you receive a notification that your transaction has failed, please wait 24 hours before attempting another purchase. Check your emails first before attempting another purchase, or you may find you have duplicate purchases.
Please ensure if you are buying tickets on your mobile or tablet that you are connected to a strong internet signal. If the signal drops out during your purchase, the process may be interrupted. This may result in a failed ticket transaction.
Be sure to enter your correct email address, accurately. If your email address is invalid, you will not receive your ticket.
If you can’t find your ticket confirmation in your email inbox, please be sure to check your Spam or Junk or Promotions email folders.
There will be a pedestrian route and a special bus service just for the event, with plenty of buses and local stops around Gibraltar to transport you to and from the event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets to Gibraltar Calling 2019 (the ‘Event’) will be issued on behalf of the Ministry for Culture, the Media, Youth and Sport (‘the Event Organisers’) subject to the terms and conditions on our website GibraltarCalling.com or displayed at the venue (as may be changed from time to time in the Event Organisers’ absolute discretion). The use of the ticket signifies agreement by the holder to the following minimum terms and conditions:
The Event Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any damage to personal property), except in the case of death or personal injury and only if due to any negligent act or omission on their part. Under no circumstances will the Event Organisers be liable for unforeseen or indirect loss of any form.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the format or any aspect of the Event, or its running order and line-up without prior notification. Should the Event be postponed, cancelled, the line-up changed or the format altered, the Event Organisers will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred.
